Because she was able to dress up as Cinderella, Halloween has been an enormously anticipated event for Franny. It was fun to get all the parts of her costume together, because everything was enormously exciting for her--the tiara, satin gloves, wand, and of course, the dress. But nothing compared to the glass slippers. Although I ordered them at the beginning of September, I didn't give them to her until just before Halloween. She was so excited to see the little shoes light up with each step she took...
